i still want someone to cover this at somepoint with a solo like Duane’s original. Eric has had okay ones over time but not really since the 70’s, Derek Trucks comes close but Duane Allman’s original solo will always be hard to beat! Without Duane, Layla is just a poem in Eric’s pocket, maybe not ever recorded.

How the fuck does the bassist somehow simultaneously look like all members of System of A Down?
This is awful
Layla is an Arabic name, it means night or dark. Traditionally given to a baby girl born in the night.
I wanted to hear Jools do the Piano bit!

Jesus christ this is cringe
i was named after this song 🙂
Im a massive fan of Eric Clapton and Ed Sheeran. But Ed’s voice yust dosent fit this song. It is that simple.
What about that drummer?!
This performance literally sucks
As a huge Clapton fan, this is really good! Especially considering Sheeran’s forte is singer/songwriter pop, his voice fits surprisingly well. Amazing cover!
He ruined this song
Bro.. He changed the whole song. Wtf
Damn, he sounds amazing!!
